Miguel Ángel Martínez Badenes, CEO of Contexto Legal, is a lawyer at the ICAV (Argentine Institute of Labor and Employment) with extensive procedural experience. He has completed numerous specialized courses in labor and international law. He holds a Master's degree in Labor and Employment Law and has taken specialized courses in European and international law in Venice and Amsterdam. He is a founding member of the prestigious International Association CIELO Laboral. He has participated in numerous conferences and given talks on the subject in Spain, Italy, and Portugal. He has also published in several prestigious international journals. He has also participated in the development of regional and international legal regulations. He received the AGEDI National Award for the best initiative and best practices in intellectual and industrial property in 2017. He has been a professor of Public International Law at the University of Valencia. He is currently a doctoral candidate at the same university.
